I had a REALLY fun vid bunny while driving today and I need you guys to help me think it through.

One of the things I enjoy the most about True Blood is the way it takes the traditional vampire/human predator/prey relationship and messes with it. The humans are the sex/drug addicts, the morally depraved ones, the predators/hunters as often, if not more, than the vampires. And I really want to vid that dynamic.

What are some other shows/movies where that juxtaposition occurs? Doesn't have to be vampires, just any person or creature who would normally be considered a predator/aggressor who becomes the prey/victim in the narrative.

I thought of Gordon the vampire hunter from Supernatural.

I thought of the Winchesters themselves as hunters, or Buffy and other Slayers, who might be shown to be the violent/aggressive/predatory ones.

Any other ideas/thoughts?
