Quick reactions before bedtime

I'm not sold off the pilot alone but I'm definitely intrigued. I can see how this would be the kind of series where the build-up of the mythos/character arc really add to it (and Joss kinda specializes in that).
So. I was so-so on the premiere, and I'm looking forward to more.
BSG 4.15 No Exit
Holy shit, who would have thought that I would be MESMERIZED by Cavill and Ellen? But they were amazing! I am so interested and invested in the history of the cylons now and particularly the insight into both Ellen and John's perspectives.
Less interested but still intrigued by my boy Sam, both in surgery and in magical-memory-recall mode. I understand it was a necessary plot device for Trucco's surgery, and a convenient way to cover a lot of exposition, but it wasn't nearly as fun to watch as the stuff on the baseship.
Also, CHIEEEEEEEEEEEF!
