So. Do I re-upload it? It was my first vid ever and the quality was for shit. Start a new youtube account for re-uploads as the rest of my vids inevitably get deleted? Move everything over to imeem, even old stuff?

Hmmm...what to do, what to do...

There's a frenzy going on. I don't know if you caught my youtube post the other day, but since then I've received another similar notice for a different vid and had one deleted like yours. All of it was music related, not footage.

Ahhhh, makes sense. I remember your post, I just hadn't put two and two together. Wonder why they're putting up a fuss about the audio rather than the video content. Hmmm.

Might do just that. But I have angst about several of my older ones: they're poor quality enough that they'll look way pixelated on imeem, so do I try to remaster them or just leave 'em all grainy looking? NO CLUE.

Heh, we're encountering similar trauma at work, with trying to move tutorials onto youtube (practically unreadable webpages, yay!). We're going to try encoding them as mpeg4 - maybe that would help?

Man. I feel so slighted. I've merely had a vid blocked from being uploaded and a couple of others now have ads from the music copyright owner. No vids deleted. *sigh* What am I doing wrong? :P
