I certainly feel this way about vidding at this point. EVERY show/movie and pretty much every song I listen to now is immediately run through a 'could I vid this?' filter in my brain ;)
The first couple of fandoms I wrote in, I was scared as hell. I would only write what I was really, really comfortable with, pairing wise
I think I'm still definitely at this point with fic. I feel a lot more vulnerable about stuff I've written than I do about posting vids. The feedback has a bigger impact and I'm much more nervous before posting. Hopefully that'll change the longer I try my hand at it.
SPN fandom is HUGE, and I've never done more than skirt around it, for that reason
Exactly. Kind of intimidating...But I have faith in the power of f-list recs :)
