Suffering from an abundance of Katee-love

First, I have to make a confession: I may have prematurely misjudged Bionic Woman.

This is not to say that I think it is a GREAT show. But it's a lot better when I actually watch the entire episode instead of just watching Katee scenes. For one thing, Katee's scenes make a lot more sense...and I am just generally happier with it than before.

Plus, the amazing caps of episode three that latteaddict posted yesterday may have helped my erm...'opinion'. Hottest pics ever? Quite possibly.

And now, having fessed up to my capricious change of mind: I come bearing Katee prezzies. The Mr and I went to the bookstore today, which amongst the many books and magazines purchased, resulted in the acquisition of "Geek Monthly" 'cuz my girl was on the cover.

Thanks for the scans! I'm not at all fond of the black turtleneck photos (the cover shot is just SUCH a bizarre pose), but those two glammed-up photos are lovely. I'm also curious which other tattoo she's planning to remove? "Bona fiscalia" would be the obvious one, but she seems quite attached to it....

I'm not terribly fond of the turtleneck dress either, or the slicked back hair (I don't care for that hairstyle much at all but at least it looked much better in the pilot than this photo spread).

But I love the glam shots and I love that she had a front cover pic and article (even if it's in a lesser known, niche magazine...).

I read the article and noticed her comment when asked if Starbuck could be the final Cylon. She said...

quote "No way would they let that happen," says Sackhoff, "I mean, come on, they already killed her, they're not that cruel. A person can only handle so much." end.

Doesn't that sound rather contrary to her other recent interview where she wants Kara to embrace her sadness and sacrifice herself for the Fleet? I never really expect Katee to stay consistent with interviews, but now I'm positive that Katee's thoughts on BSG and Kara's fate are always influenced by the latest episodes she shoots. There is no other explanation.

I'll stop trying to decipher what she says and just enjoy her zany pictures!!

I must admit to much spazzing over my pretty pretty magazine and the huge shiny Katee pics. I'm just gobsmacked by her gorgeously plump and shiny red lips....gahhhhhhhh.

I'm with you on the Katee interview inconsistencies. She's definitely very mercurial in her opinions/statements, obviously influenced by whatever she's worked on recently and what's freshest in her mind.

So yes: don't worry about the conflicting info and enjoy the shinies!!!

I have to admit that I don't like most of the photos from the photo shoot. The old fashionedish #2, and the #3 are good though. The others just look more like they knew what they wanted to photograph and nevermind if it suited her features.
