I don't have much going on in the way of meta or reviews (because school has been eating every damn spare second that I'm not studying...) but I've totally enjoyed recent eps of:

• Heroes - though I'm officially ready for them to do something NEW


• Chuck - most adorkable protagonist ever! (okay, he's at least up there with Hiro and Jim Halpert and other adorkable faves)


• ETA: Bones - how could I forget Bones?!? Best UST-laden procedural evar!!!


• Reaper - still in love with Sock


• Bionic Woman - still in love with Sarah


• Pushing Daisies - still enjoying the shiny colors


• Supernatural - my boys are so damn pretty! And as I mentioned before, that last ep was made of win. Apparently Ben Edlund can turn any of my fandoms into pure comedic gold (while staying true to the supernatural/sci-fi/fantasy genre).


• Smallville - I can't possibly squee enough about how much I am loving this season so far. I still really miss Ollie, but I love all the character arcs and action in the first couple of eps.


• The Office - Funniest. Damn. Show. Ever. I love Dwight and Jim/Pam so much it hurts.

Oh! and Scrubs will be back on this week. yayyyyyy!

Pretty pics of Jamie and Tricia at the Scream awards have been popping up all over. My favorites are definitely the Jamie-does-Dr-Evil pic here and the Jamie's-almighty-smirk-of-hotness here. I'm feeling the inclination to update my crack!ode to Jamie's scruff--cuz damn...that man should ALWAYS have a beard and wild hair.

The post title comes from Jamie's red-carpet response to the question: in the Battlestar universe, do you feel like the greatest bad-ass in the galaxy, or the greatest bad-ass in the galaxy's son? And the answer of course is neither! Because Kara > all.

wisteria_'s wrote a little character meta on Kara and Lee last week made me all kinds of happy.

Ooooh, hey! What do y'all think of the latest Buffy comic issue? I'm totally intrigued! I'm dying to see what choice(s) Faith will make. And that flashbacky angst at the beginning? yikes! my heart is still swelling with unrequited and/or betrayed femslashy Buffy/Faith love from that vid I rec'd last week and this issue just killed me.

Hi Julia! Thanks for that link to the argument page. Bitingly funny in a way that only true arguments can be. Especially over the remote, man, do NOT trifle with remote matters...

What have I been up to? Not much, sadly. I have been very distracted by some intractable RL things and tried and failed to edit my Kara stuff and start new things I wanted to finish for friends. As a result I just feel like I'm struggling even with procrastination. :) So hopefully I will find a way to post something more cheerful and/or cracky soon.

I KNOW. I just caught up on the comics, and wow, *angst*. I'm so glad to see Faith getting a big role in them and I'm very intrigued to see where they go with her.

Not only did he say that, but did you notice the shift from the interviewer saying "world" to Jamie saying "galaxy"? OH YEAH.
